Dashboard

Your workspace home: adaptive KPIs, activity charts, smart alerts, agent performance, your open tasks and a recent-activity feed.

Objective

The Dashboard is the home screen of your workspace. It summarizes the health and activity of every channel you use — KPIs with period-over-period trends, activity charts, channel distribution, agent performance, smart alerts, your open tasks, and a recent-activity feed. All figures respect your workspace timezone and the date range you select.

Access

Route: /app/{tenant}/dashboard

Roles

  • owner, admin, agent, viewer

Any active member of the workspace can view the Dashboard, regardless of role. Unlike Reports, it is not restricted to admins. You only ever see data for the workspace you belong to.

Prerequisites

  • No setup is required. The page loads immediately.
  • Numbers populate as you connect channels, create agents, and start receiving emails and conversations. An empty workspace shows zeros and helpful "get started" links.
  • Which metrics appear depends on your active modules and plan (see Module and plan gating below).

Dashboard with metrics

Date range

The date-range selector (top right) controls the window for every KPI, chart, and trend. Trends compare the selected window against the immediately preceding window of the same length. The picker also shows the resolved from–to dates.

PresetWindow
Last 7 daysDefault on load
Last 14 daysRolling 14 days
Last 30 daysRolling 30 days
Last 90 daysRolling 90 days
This monthFrom the 1st of the current month to today
Last monthThe full previous calendar month

The selection is not saved; the Dashboard reopens on Last 7 days. Changing the range refetches in place — the current view dims briefly instead of flashing back to skeletons.

KPI cards

Four KPI cards sit below the header. The exact set adapts to whether the Inbox (email) module is enabled for your workspace. Trends read as vs \{range\} (for example, vs last 7 days), or New when the previous period had no activity.

When the Inbox (email) module is enabled:

CardValueSubtitle
Emails ReceivedEmails received in the window\{count\} sent
ConversationsTotal conversations across all channelsActive channels, e.g. WhatsApp + Web Chat + Voice
Response RatePercentage of received emails that got a responseEmails with responses
Pending ReviewEmails awaiting approval right nowEmails awaiting approval

When the Inbox (email) module is not enabled:

CardValueSubtitle
Active AgentsNumber of agents currently activeCurrently configured
ConversationsTotal conversations across all channelsActive channels
Total MessagesMessages across all channelsAcross all channels
Avg DailyAverage conversations per dayConversations per day

The Conversations count always includes WhatsApp, Web Chat, Voice, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram; the subtitle lists only the enabled real-time channels among WhatsApp, Web Chat, and Voice.

Activity charts

ChartShown whenContents
Email ActivityInbox (email) module enabledDaily Received vs Sent volume
Conversation ActivityAlwaysDaily conversations by channel: Web Chat always, plus WhatsApp and Voice when enabled, and Instagram / Messenger / Telegram only for days that had traffic

Channels and agents

A "Channels & Agents" band groups three panels:

  • Channel Distribution — a share breakdown of messages by channel (Email, WhatsApp, Web Chat, Voice Calls, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram). Channels disabled by your plan are excluded.
  • Top Agents — the five most active agents ranked by total interactions. An agent's bar turns red if it has recorded errors. A View all agents link appears when you have more than five active agents.
  • Agent Performance — up to five agents sorted by activity, each with an active/inactive status dot, an error badge when applicable, and per-channel counters (email, messages, voice). A Showing X of Y line and a View all agents link appear when relevant.

Empty states link you to create your first agent or to view conversations.

Activity heatmap

When there is enough data, an Activity Heatmap shows your busiest hours across the week so you can see when demand peaks. It is hidden until activity exists.

My open tasks

This panel lists your own pending follow-up tasks (up to 10), drawn from Contacts, ordered by due date. Overdue tasks show their date in red. Each task links to its contact. Click the circle to mark a task complete; the row animates and drops off the list. The header shows a \{count\} pending badge. Only tasks assigned to you appear here.

Recent activity

A live feed of the latest events across all channels (up to 15), newest first: outbound emails sent by agents, WhatsApp conversations, Web chat sessions, and automation runs. Each item carries a success / info / error status.

Quick stats and system status

A Quick Stats panel shows a compact set of numbers that adapts to your modules:

  • With the Inbox (email) module: Active Agents, Active Channels, Total Messages, Avg Daily Emails.
  • Without it: Active Channels and Active Days (the other figures already appear in the KPI row).

Below it, a System Status card reads All Systems Operational in green, or \{count\} agent errors detected in red when agents have logged errors. The card links to the Agents page.

Smart alerts

Actionable banners appear above the KPIs when the workspace needs attention. Each links to the relevant module.

Module and plan gating

The Dashboard tailors itself to what your workspace has turned on:

  • Email / Inbox — email KPIs, the Email Activity chart, the Pending Review metrics, and the email alert only appear when the Inbox module is enabled.
  • WhatsApp — the WhatsApp series and counters appear only when your plan includes WhatsApp.
  • Voice — the Voice series and call counters appear only when your plan includes Voice.
  • Instagram, Messenger, Telegram — these series appear when the period has traffic on them.

After checkout

If you land on the Dashboard right after upgrading, a confirmation toast appears and your plan is synced automatically. If you cancelled checkout, an informational toast is shown instead. Either way you stay on the Dashboard.

Good practices

  • If most metrics read zero, check Integrations and Agents first — data appears only once channels are connected and agents are handling traffic.
  • Use the date-range selector to compare periods; the trend arrows are relative to the previous window of the same length.
  • Act on smart alerts promptly — each one deep-links to the exact place to fix the issue.
  • Clear your open tasks from the Dashboard to keep follow-ups on track.

Common notes

  • Failed to load dashboard — a transient load error shows a Retry button; use it to refetch.
  • A New trend means the previous period had no activity, so no percentage can be computed.
  • The selected date range resets to Last 7 days each time you open the page.
  • Figures are bucketed in your workspace timezone, so evening activity lands on the correct local day.
